Maintenance & Repair

As the property owner, you will still be responsible for any expenses related to maintaining or repairing the property. Pugh Group Property Management will coordinate this and provide cost estimates based on the type of work needed. The property management contract authorizes us to spend a specified amount per item before pre-authorization to owner of expense, except for emergencies.
