How we protect you against evictions
The best way for our investors to be well protected from an eviction event is to only approve the highest quality tenants. If the unfortunate situation should arise that an eviction is the last appropriate course of action, then Pugh Group Property Management has put systems and processses in place to handle the eviction, so that our investors do not have to be physically involved. We have employed Sarah Taggart, P.C., leading real estate attorney with a specialization in landlord-tenant law, to represent our investors and their investment properties.
